Water is Life. Water is Good

The last few days I had been experiencing a slight headache. So mild that I didn’t pay much attention to it. But yesterday I realised that it may be due to lack of hydration. So I had quite a bit of water including mineral water. Sorted. It just goes to show that sometimes it’s the simple things, the most obvious that become the best solution to a problem. Occam’s razor is a good guide – thank you very much.

20 years ago there was a push in health circles for people to drink more water. Then around 10 years ago people were pouring cold water on the idea – do we really need that much water? I agree with the former notion. Drink plenty of water. And good quality to boot. Staying hydrated is one of our most health giving activities as after all we are 60 to 75% water – depending on age. Drink up!!
